Thursday: Turns out I need to read apartment notices closer

That would have resolved my question as to why I didn't have any water until 5pm today.  Turns out they were upgrading the water tanks on the roof.  I didn't know that's where the water tanks lived, but it makes sense.  Tl;dr: I worked from home today, mostly spent waiting for things to finish processing.
