Monday: A firehouse

After spending longer than expected at work trying to finish things, I didn't want to have to deal with making dinner.

There's a Firehouse nearby-ish.  I'm thinking now that I should have gotten the big sandwich.

Then I went to a grocery store I'm probably never going back to, but now I have dinner for the rest of the week planned out.

• It doesn't involve panzanella, but it probably should for next week.
• Since I probably can't make an unagi cake.
