Wednesday: That's not how many processors I'm supposed to have.

I was expecting to see something like "32000 cores up and running".  Instead, it was more like 17000.  That's apparently why none of my jobs were running.  Stupid supercomputer.

"Ok, clearly I'm missing something here.  Why don't you explain it to me again, slowly this time, and I'll see if I can follow along better.  This whole scheme sounds like a bad deal for me, but I'm willing to hear you out one more time."
