Friday: Because of course "just fucking working" would be too difficult.

But no, I can't reinstall my laptop because it needs firmware files, but when I try to give it those firmware files, it can't find them, even when I stick them explicitly where they're supposed to be.  So I guess Monday will be a fun day of trying to give my talk and hoping my laptop cooperates.  Because I'm super enthused to give this talk anyway, and totally didn't choose a super math heavy theory paper out of spite.

I did remember to bring my Modern Mouse stuff to the office today.

I kind of felt bad that this Gastly was only CP 12.  I'm sorry, weak little Gastly.

Ok, I'm not even going to bother organizing links today.  There are a bunch, and they're kind of all over the place.

• This is cool, but buying them is a bit tricky.  You can get one each of the Inner Senshi, but you have to buy the two Outer Senshi ones in a five pack.  I'll think about it.
• Everyone else thought more Supergirl would have been nice, too.
• Yes to all of this.  Supporting rights for people isn't a thing you do because you want to make a point.  You do it because it's the right fucking thing to do.
• I am hoping so much that someone buys this, and immediately calls it due.
• It sucks that it'll take six years for this, but easier voting is a good thing.
• So not only did fewer actual people vote for the winner, but those dumb people live in unproductive places.  Wonderful how every metric makes this the least fair election ever.
