Wednesday: a lot of cooking and prep work

The new blogger interface is still garbage on mobile.  Also no pictures of prep, since I was busy prepping. At least someone else is doing the turkey, so that's a giant burden we don't need to bother with.

Indian buffet for lunch. Indian is always good, and it's great in buffet form.
