Sunday: Totally Healthy Dinner

Well, ok, not so much.  But patty melts are one of my most favorite forms of the burger.  I didn't have any rye bread, so I made it with just wheat.
I went with a double burger method.  I started with a third of a pound, split it in two, and smooshed them down into thin "fast food style" burgers.  I fried two of my maui onions before I did the burgers, and toasted the bread. Assemble, slice, and
Toast, onion, burger 1, american cheese, burger 2, swiss cheese, top toast. Om nom nom.  I also made some cheesy tots, but only ate like four of them.  The burger was a bit bigger than I expected.

I have a menu plan halfway worked out for this week, but I think I'm going to wait until tomorrow for it.
