Wednesday: baked potatoes take longer than I like

Basically the same as Sunday's dinner, but with a baked potato instead of mashed.  I wish it didn't take an hour and a half to make them caramely and yummy.

Seriously. Not enough time exists to explain.

• Maybe this is why I watched Kindergarten Cop a few months ago.  I somehow subconsciously noticed these things.
