So eleven years ago my roses were just starting to bud.

But ten years ago they had already been blooming for a while.

I tried to sort out what the weather was like using weatherspark, but they apparently shut down their very useful zoomable graphs because they would have to start paying for their map stuff, which I didn't even know existed, since I only ever used the graphs.
