- This is kind of a poor discussion of the problem. Hawaii has a homeless problem. Housing is super expensive, and building new low-cost housing is rather hard to do when most of the accessible land already has something built on it. Also, the idea that "tax credits for the working poor" would solve the problem is stunningly stupid.
