Wednesday: It was a giant hassle, and it still doesn't work.

But I have a new phone, and after calling and complaining tomorrow, it will likely work just fine.  Ugh.

But look at this.  This is what was installed.  This is the purest cleanest phone I have ever owned.

I'll do "details" when it works.  that's the important thing right now.

Also, I probably solved a problem that's been bothering me at work for months.  It was most likely a typo.

• I have not yet read this, but from the bits I saw on Twitter, it again shows that Caity Weaver is one of the best journalists in the world.
