Which meant a slow start to the day. Probably not a terrible thing. It's good to take slow days.

| But we did eventually make it to Korean BBQ. It was mid-afternoon instead of late morning, but that was fine. The brisket seemed better than usual, too. Juicier and fattier. |

And then later, we made soup from the leftover turkey.
