Monday: I didn't even mention that that was a tasty burger.

Carrot strings, blue cheese, bacon, roasted tomatoes, onion confit, and scallions.  The roasted tomatoes work well, as they concentrate the flavor and remove the water that just makes burgers with fresh tomatoes soggy.

I was initially confused when I saw this.  After investigating, it turns out that the sun occasionally is positioned correctly to reflect off bits of chrome on the cars in the parking lot.  This shines a beam of light back through the trees, projecting them onto my office wall.
