The good thing is that I was able to reuse lots of code from another project, with just needing to change some constant names. It turns out that I actually structured the spectra fitting code very well at the beginning, although it's kind of grown out of control since then. Probably means that I need to refactor that before calling it "finished."
- Squirrel!
- Poison squirrel! Although, seriously, who plays with dead animals? This isn't the first time I've heard a "little girl plays with dead squirrel" story. WTF? I like squirrels a lot, but once they're dead, then you've got to let them go. Circle of life and all that. Plus: plague, apparently.
- Did I mention that BtAS is twenty years old? In any case, this is still my favorite scene in any Batman anything ever, and defines Mark Hammil as the best Joker ever.
- This is cool, literally, and probably works a lot better than my strategy of holding a cold bottle of water against my inner elbow to chill the blood that's flowing past.
- So G4 is going to be just another crappy generic cable channel? Good thing I don't get that channel, so I don't care.
- I think the drive to Hana was worth more than the visit there. Why skip that by flying?
