Thursday: breakfast for dinner

Clockwise from 12:00: black forest bacon (which is super delicious, and also cut thinner than the regular bacon at WF), the poorly set but still set better than the other part quiche (made using the mushrooms from my leftover soup, and some of the gruyere), sriracha, fried potatoes, waffles (because waffles are yummy).  I put the rest of the quiche into the oven to finish, so I'll be redoing this tomorrow for dinner, I think.
