Sunday: hot pot!

Hot pot!

It was cold and rainy all day today, so my plan to do hot pot was well planned.  Pork belly works well, as does the lamb that they had.  Plus all the gyoza and shumai and mushrooms from the belt.  Plus a bunch of sausage and miscellaneous veggies.  It's not quite KBBQ, but it's similar.

And then I wasted much of the day watching youtube stuff.  I formatted the USB drive that arrived yesterday so I can use it as a backup drive for this move.  I think the 3.7TB will be enough for a copy of everything, and having it encrypted makes it more secure.  It's also tiny, which makes it a good option for a moving backup.
