Thursday: I spent an hour and a half trying to convince myself that the program is actually right when it says it's right.

And I think it is?  Maybe?  Or at least is reasonably close to right?  I got hungry and had to go home and sort that out, but I'm cautiously optimistic that it'll be done tomorrow.

I guess all the mandarins have character stickers?

Completed most of the border.  I also have a pile (bottom right) of interior borders where the triptych closed.

• Although looking at this, my puzzle is trimmed horizontally, at least on the two edge panels.  This is also a clearer picture than the puzzle box.
