Food was good, though. I do need to look up how koji works.
- Koji turkey
- Mashed potatoes and gravy
- Cranberry sauce and rolls
- Mashed honeynut squash with sage brown butter.
- stuffing
- Deconstructed green bean casserole, with mushrooms and garlic oil.
- Smashed potatoes with koji turkey drippings
- Roasted carrots with koji turkey drippings
- Brussel sprouts with fish sauce/rice wine vinegar/ancho chili sauce.
