Then a stop next door at the K-grocery, and now I have things to make bulgogi tomorrow. I got two types of meat (tenderloin and flank), and the remaining ingredients for
this version. If I had a food processor, this would have been a five minute recipe for the marinade. In any case, the meat is in the fridge ready for tomorrow.
