Oh well. Salad. Lettuce + tomato + spouts + a few onion slices + pan fried prosciutto "bacon bits" + pan fried poorly butterflied chicken with salt and pepper. I went with the assumption that the oil from the prosciutto and the juices of the chicken would soak down and provide a dressing for the lettuce. This worked pretty well, and was tastier than I was expecting. Had I thought it through a bit more, I would have put a bit of that mushroom brie in here as well.
